Microsoft Word is a very powerful word processor used to create many different styles of documents. Examples are letters, memos, reports, newsletters, tables and much more. Before we begin to explore Microsoft Word we need to understand a few basic things.

مائیکروسافٹ ورڈ کا بنیادی جائزہ
جیسے ہی ایم ایس ورڈ پر ڈبل کلک کیا جائے گا پروگرام اوپن ہو جائے گا اور مائیکروسافٹ ورڈ کی مین سکرین نظر آئی گی جس میں سافٹ وئیر کے درج ذیل حصے موجود ہوتے ہیں۔

سافٹ وئیر میں سب سے اوپر موجود نیلے رنگ کی پٹی ٹائٹل بار کہلاتی ہے ٹائٹل بار کے درمیان میں سافٹ وئیر کا نام ایم ایس ورڈ اور فائل کا نام ڈیفالٹ ڈاکومنٹ ون لکھا ہوتا ہے فائل کو سیو کرتے وقت اس کا نام تبدیل بھی کیا جا سکتا ہے ۔ٹائٹل بار کی رائٹ سائیڈ پر تین جنرل بٹن موجود ہوتے ہیں جن کی مدد سے پروگرام کی کلوز منی مائیز یا میکسی مائیز اور ری سٹور ڈاون کیا جا سکتا ہے ۔ٹائٹل بار کے لیفٹ سائیڈ پر آفس بٹن موجود ہوتا ہے جس کے ساتھ کیوک اکسیس ٹول بار موجو دہوتا ہے کیوک اکسیس ٹول بار کے ساتھ چھوٹا تیر کا نشان موجود ہوتا ہے جس پر کلک کرنے سے مزید لسٹ اوپن ہو جاتی ہے جس پر کلک کرنے سے ٹول بار میں مزید آپشنز ظاہر کی جا سکتی ہیں یا ختم کر سکتے ہیں ۔
The Title Bar
At the very top of the screen is the title bar. The title bar will tell you the name of the file (I.e. Document1) and the application you are currently using.
To the right of the title are three buttons Minimize, Maximize or Restore and Close
•Minimize will minimize Microsoft Word and place it at the bottom of your screen on the Task Bar
•Restore will return the window to its previous size
•Close will close Microsoft Word as well as your document
•Maximize will increase the size of the window
